Head of Business Systems Transformation

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a business systems strategy and scalable target operating model across multiple brands.
• Create executive-level business cases, resource plans, financial assessments, milestones, and success measures.
• Lead technology-enabled process improvement and manage transformation risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage business systems suppliers, contracts, service performance, KPIs, and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate change management, stakeholder communication, training, release planning, and user acceptance testing.
• Own systems roadmaps, reporting improvements, architecture assessments, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

Requirements

• Experience leading IT transformation projects and owning business systems, preferably in the travel sector.
• Strong business analysis, strategic planning, governance, supplier management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience creating implementation and resource plans and reporting progress to senior executives.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, MVP delivery, automated testing, release pipelines, and change management.
• Understanding of ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, PCI DSS, IT security, disaster recovery, and compliance requirements.
• Relevant degree and the ability to assess technical solutions, architecture, risks, and opportunities.
