Senior Project Manager (CyberArk)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global IT, infrastructure, security, and service transformation programmes.
• Develop project plans and manage interdependencies, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams.
• Own project governance, risk management, issue mitigation, performance reporting, and programme board updates.
• Manage internal teams, third-party vendors, and partners while ensuring compliance with procurement, security, audit, and governance standards.
• Engage senior and executive stakeholders, influence decisions, and maintain alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Coach and mentor project managers and delivery teams while improving delivery capabilities and practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale IT, infrastructure, or security programmes with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong experience in project governance, budgeting, risk management, programme reporting, and change delivery.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management tooling and implementation, specifically CyberArk.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple geographies and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, APM, or equivalent, plus experience with Agile, SAFe, or Lean delivery methodologies.
