Salary: Up to $195,000 base salary plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of hirify.global Images across customer organizations.
• Partner with account executives, sales engineers, customer success managers, and support teams to shape account strategies and deliver customer value.
• Test, document, and improve hirify.global Images and customer onboarding as “customer zero.”
• Translate customer requirements into priorities for Product and Engineering teams.
• Maintain account-level architectures and share implementation best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to solve complex technical problems and improve solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a post-sales client-facing role.
• 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
• Experience with software development processes, engineering practices, and software design concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States while located in the Central Time Zone; willingness to travel up to 15%.
