Salary: $145,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise, coach, hire, onboard, and develop non-clinician care staff while setting performance and productivity standards.
• Own clinician scheduling, coverage planning, PTO, shift swaps, and surge coverage across time zones and visit types.
• Manage patient queues in real time, balance workloads, reduce wait times, and improve throughput while meeting SLAs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements, automation, and responsible AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop and report clinic KPIs, including SLA attainment, wait times, throughput, utilization, and cost per visit.
• Partner with clinical leadership, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Business Operations, and People Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of experience in clinical or healthcare operations, including day-to-day management of a clinic or medical group.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience supervising non-clinician staff.
• Experience owning clinician scheduling or coverage and/or real-time queue and throughput management.
• Proven success improving operational KPIs in a fast-paced environment and leading fully remote teams.
• Ability to work in a 24x7x365 care operation, including outside traditional business hours when needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• Experience in telehealth, virtual care, or digital health.
• Experience in high-growth organizations and with workforce management or scheduling tools.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI tools or automation for operational workflows.
