What you will do

• Produce responsive email templates and push notifications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement dynamic logic and client programs across marketing automation platforms.
• Make mock API calls with tools such as Postman and configure data-driven user flows and edge cases.
• Collaborate with email developers, customer success managers, and client teams to resolve deployment issues and deliver work on schedule.
• QA and test email messages using tools such as Litmus and Email on Acid.
• Ensure campaigns follow client standards, email marketing best practices, and CAN-SPAM requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of email production and development experience.
• Mastery of HTML and CSS for email development.
• Proficiency with JSON, APIs, GET and POST requests, and data feeds.
• Understanding of responsive email code structures across different devices.
• Strong client communication, email etiquette, feedback handling, and quality-control skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Marketo, Simon Data, or Blueshift.
• Knowledge of Liquid, Python, Handlebars, Django, or Jinja.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Figma.
