Global Onboarding Specialist (HR Operations)

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for employees across multiple countries.
• Deliver induction sessions and manage pre-employment activities, contracts, documentation, communications, and schedules.
• Manage background screening, right-to-work verification, visa and work permit documentation, and pre-employment medical screening.
• Maintain employee records, HR system structures, lifecycle changes, and documentation while supporting payroll data accuracy.
• Produce HR dashboards and reports, audit data quality, and monitor onboarding and compliance metrics.
• Identify and implement improvements to onboarding processes and employee experience.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations or People Operations, preferably in a high-growth, global environment.
• Strong experience coordinating employee onboarding and managing background screening or pre-employment checks.
• Experience maintaining accurate HR systems, employee records, and people data.
• Strong reporting, data management, organisational, and prioritisation skills across countries and time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with discretion when handling confidential employee information.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
