What you will do

• Design and maintain Kubernetes Operators and platform services, including deployment and monitoring.
• Develop platform tooling using Go and other languages following team best practices.
• Automate cloud infrastructure and incident response to improve system reliability and self-healing.
• Manage and optimize product deployment pipelines using GitOps (FluxCD, Argo CD).
• Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform lifecycle management in production.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance developer experience and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Java, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab) and GitOps tools (FluxCD, Argo CD).
• Experience with a major cloud provider (AWS or GCP) and IaC (Terraform, Crossplane).

Nice to have

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AI-augmented development tools like Cursor.
• Relevant certifications in Kubernetes, cloud, or programming.
