We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead testing efforts for complex data systems, ERP integrations, and data migration/transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, hands-on experience with SAP, and a forward-thinking approach to using AI agents to improve QA testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data pipelines, focusing on data accuracy, completeness, and transformation logic.
- Perform in-depth SQL querying for data validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection between Microsoft SQL Server and Data Lake environments.
- Lead testing of data transformations (ETL/ELT) from Microsoft SQL Server to Data Lake, including validation of extraction, cleansing, aggregation, schema evolution, and loading processes. Compare pre- and post-transformation data integrity, performance, and business rule adherence.
- Test SAP Business One (S/BO) modules, integrations, customizations, and interfaces for functional, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Leverage AI agents and intelligent tools to improve QA testing — including AI-powered test case generation, automated script creation, anomaly detection in data flows, predictive defect analysis, and self-healing test frameworks.
- Automate test scripts (using traditional + AI-enhanced frameworks) and maintain regression test suites.
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor data quality in production-like environments and contribute to CI/CD testing pipelines enhanced with AI.
- Mentor junior team members on both traditional and AI-augmented QA best practices.

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in QA, with a focus on data testing or backend systems.
- MUST!!!! Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (S/BO) testing.
- 4+ years with SQL (advanced queries, joins, window functions, performance tuning, data validation).
- Experience with data transformation projects: Microsoft SQL Server → Data Lake, including testing ETL/ELT pipelines, schema mapping, and data lineage.
- Experience or strong interest in using AI agents / GenAI tools for QA (e.g., AI test generation, intelligent test execution, data quality bots).
- Familiarity with data quality tools, big data concepts, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with test automation and defect tracking tools (JIRA, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- B2 English

Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in QA, data engineering, or SAP.
- Programming skills (Python, etc.) for test automation and building AI-assisted QA solutions.
