What you will do

• Lead and coordinate test strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Perform hands-on manual testing of web applications, APIs, and business processes.
• Design and execute test cases, prepare test data, and manage the defect lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Monitor test progress, risks, and quality metrics with clear status reporting.
• Support continuous improvement, test automation, and cloud testing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Manager (ISTQB certified or equivalent).
• At least 6 years of total experience in software testing (Tester, Analyst, Designer, or Automation Engineer).
• Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Portugal to comply with the hybrid work policy.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven testing.
• Understanding of data anonymization principles and practices.
• Familiarity with CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, and Parquet data formats.
• Basic experience with test automation and cloud-based services.
