What you will do

• Design and execute test cases for complex financial systems.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries, stored procedures, and joins.
• Validate functionality across order management and portfolio management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and US-based stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance test design, log analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Support system migration activities and reconciliation testing for cash and positions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within financial services.
• Strong SQL skills including queries, debugging, stored procedures, and CTEs.
• Understanding of financial instruments like Fixed Income, Equities, Options, and FX.
• Experience testing database-driven applications, preferably with SQL Server.
• Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia.
• Experience working with distributed or US-based teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with reconciliation testing in financial environments.
• Familiarity with job scheduling tools like Active Batch or Tidal.
• Knowledge of .NET technologies (WPF, WinForms, ASP.NET).
• Experience with test automation tools like TestComplete.
