What you will do

• Own AWS infrastructure strategy, including cost optimization, reliability, scalability, and architectural standards.
• Define and lead an AI-optimized software development lifecycle covering coding, testing, code review, and deployment.
• Build and lead teams responsible for developer tooling, CI/CD infrastructure, and internal platforms.
• Establish incident management practices, escalation paths, runbooks, and blameless post-mortems.
• Drive FinOps practices and accountable cloud-spend management.
• Partner with Product, Security, and Engineering leadership to implement standards and architectural guardrails.

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading infrastructure, platform, or DevOps teams.
• Deep AWS expertise in high-scale, high-throughput cloud environments.
• Experience implementing or evaluating AI-assisted coding, testing, and deployment tools.
• Experience leading high-severity production incident response and improving MTTR and system reliability.
• Strong focus on developer experience and engineering productivity.
• Ability to lead cross-functional adoption of infrastructure, security, and architecture standards.
