Salary: $176,000 — $264,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead Infra platform and shared services teams across Edge networking, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and automation.
• Drive DevOps transformation and next-generation infrastructure capabilities with architects and product engineering.
• Build world-class observability platform with self-service monitoring.
• Design and operate scalable, self-service cloud platforms including Kubernetes, service mesh, IaC, and Edge infra.
• Mentor and grow high-performing teams of engineers and managers.
• Improve SDLC processes for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD maturity, and release management.

Requirements

• 6+ years in technical leadership and people management.
• Extensive Agile and DevOps experience building infrastructure at scale.
• 3+ years running large-scale infra platforms for SaaS on public cloud (AWS preferred).
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD.
• Hands-on SW development, PaaS, automation, observability (Grafana, Splunk, APM).
• Computer Science degree or equivalent.
