Sustainability Assistant

What you will do

• Support delivery of sustainability and circular design strategies across core product categories.
• Analyse sustainability data, identify risks to target delivery and find opportunities for improvement.
• Develop training materials and guidance for internal teams and suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and support performance against sustainability targets.
• Conduct weekly green claims compliance checks and prepare audit-ready documentation for governance and external reporting.
• Validate sustainability certifications, manage the Better Cotton Platform account and improve team processes through automation.

Requirements

• Experience in fashion, retail or sustainability.
• Understanding of sustainability risks in fashion, sustainable materials standards, certification, supply chains and manufacturing processes.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Confidence working with data and automation, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers, buying teams and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
