hirify.global is conducting research for the General Dental Council to establish and coordinate a dental registrant panel for an initial two-year period.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the dental registrant panel, including recruitment, engagement, communications, and activity distribution.
• Coordinate and facilitate surveys, interviews, focus groups, workshops, and other research activities.
• Maintain the secure panel database and coordinate participant recruitment and communications.
• Collect, analyse, and report research findings to the General Dental Council.
• Monitor panel diversity, participant engagement, project milestones, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Work with the principal investigator and a multidisciplinary team across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Requirements

• Experience of mixed-methods research, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to manage research activities in accordance with ethical, GDPR, and project governance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver activities to project milestones.
