Marketing Specialist (Events) (Events and Digital Marketing): Managing conferences, roundtables, webinars, email campaigns, and social content across EMEA with an accent on event logistics, lead generation, and creative digital execution. Location: Onsite in London, England, United Kingdom; travel across EMEA is required.

What you will do

• Plan and execute conferences, roundtables, webinars, and other physical and virtual events end to end.
• Coordinate venues, audiovisual production, catering, registrations, timelines, guest lists, and vendor contracts.
• Host live and virtual experiences across EMEA, including required event travel.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to capture, track, and convert event leads into pipeline.
• Produce monthly webinars, email newsletters, and nurture campaigns.
• Repurpose long-form content into social media assets, infographics, and short videos.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or content; internships are welcome.
• Near-native English and fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
• Strong copywriting, design, and video skills, including Canva.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Strong project management, organization, and flexibility when managing multiple live events.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
