What you will do

• Develop and execute field marketing programs including conferences, trade shows, panels, roundtables, VIP experiences, dinners, partner events, and product activations.
• Build a complementary virtual event strategy covering webinars and online activations.
• Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, attendees, and onsite execution.
• Implement lead capture and post-event follow-up processes to maximize pipeline and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and senior stakeholders on major initiatives.
• Own reporting for individual events and the broader field marketing roadmap while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, institutional finance, FinTech, or AI.
• Demonstrated success planning and executing in-person and virtual events that drive pipeline and brand awareness.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
• Ability to shift between rapid executive event placement and end-to-end planning of company-hosted events.
• Ability to work from London, United Kingdom.
