What you will do

• Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of the event calendar across EMEA and APAC.
• Execute trade shows, customer events, comic cons, fan conventions, and other priority activations.
• Develop event briefs, timelines, budgets, and operational plans.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers, and event organizers to ensure high-quality delivery and budget control.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, creative, logistics, PR) to align event deliverables.
• Analyze event results and implement improvements based on post-event reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from London, England
• Strong experience in event management, experiential marketing, or brand activations.
• Proven track record of delivering both trade events and consumer-facing events.
• Experience managing multiple events across different countries or regions.
• Proficiency in budget management and agency/vendor coordination.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in toys, entertainment, licensing, gaming, pop culture, or consumer products.
