What you will do

• Plan and execute a diverse portfolio of brand, creator, category, industry, and community events.
• Translate strategic and creative concepts into detailed event plans, production timelines, and budgets.
• Manage end-to-end event operations, including venue sourcing, vendor management, staffing, and onsite execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Comms, Growth, Editorial) to define event goals and success metrics.
• Source and negotiate with agencies, fabricators, and production partners to maximize impact within budget.
• Evaluate event performance and utilize insights to optimize future programming.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing brand, cultural, or experiential events from concept through completion.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and budget-management skills.
• Established network of high-quality vendors, venues, and production specialists.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and stakeholders under pressure.
• Must be based in the UK or specific supported US states (CA, CO, CT, GA, IL, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, OR, SC, VA, VT, WA).
