What you will do

• Support the implementation and delivery of Configuration Management processes across a major infrastructure project.
• Act as a key contact for engineering teams on configuration and change control activities.
• Coordinate engineering changes, track actions, and ensure follow-through to completion.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve technical queries and open points.
• Maintain configuration records and support configuration assurance and design handover activities.
• Improve efficient, data-driven ways of working across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in an engineering, technical, or project-based environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent military experience.
• Strong organisational, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities with a methodical, process-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, traceable technical information.
• Willingness to obtain or hold Security Clearance and complete Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

Nice to have

• Experience in nuclear, defence, aerospace, energy, rail, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with engineering change processes, configuration control, or quality management principles.
• Experience supporting engineering projects or design teams.
• Understanding of engineering documentation and design processes.
