What you will do
- Support the global Last Mile Supply Monitoring initiative and participate in project meetings, planning, and issue resolution.
- Engage country offices from initial contact through LMSM adoption and institutionalization, including concept notes, scoping, key variables, adoption calendars, and training activities.
- Compile feedback from country offices and implementing partners to identify platform, materials, and analytics improvements.
- Develop and maintain training materials and guidance for LMSM users and trainers.
- Support in-country and online Training of Trainers sessions and help country offices train implementing-partner users.
- Collect lessons learned through observations, surveys, and app feedback to inform global scale-up.
Requirements
- First-level university degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in supply-chain management, project management, training-material development, training facilitation, and procedure development.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizing, communication, strategy, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and build collaborative relationships.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A visa for the host country of the duty station is required and will be facilitated by .
Nice to have
- Relevant Master’s degree.
- Fluency in French.
- Knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, or a local language.
- experience and knowledge of internal systems and processes.
- Country-level experience in development, fragile, or humanitarian contexts.
