Manager, Insights & Data Enablement

What you will do

• Build, staff, and lead a small team of approximately five Business Partners and Analysts.
• Act as Business Partner for one or two business areas and connect data insights with measurable business value.
• Design and improve collaboration models across the Data Management Office and business stakeholder groups.
• Manage enablement demand, prioritize initiatives, and sequence work based on value, effort, and delivery capacity.
• Define and track impact measures such as adoption, time-to-decision, and business outcomes influenced.
• Represent Insights & Data Enablement with senior stakeholders and feed business demand into data, platform, and governance roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with data insights and enablement.
• Experience and motivation in managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
• Ability to combine hands-on analytical work, people leadership, and operating-model design.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including alignment of senior business leaders and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of data platforms, analytics, and data governance concepts.
• Structured approach to process definition, prioritization, and accountability.
