Salary: $150,000–$225,000 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Automate Compliance, Finance, and Treasury regulatory and financial workflows.
• Process large datasets from the data warehouse to produce accurate reporting and build reconciliations.
• Translate regulatory obligations and business requirements into clean, scalable system designs.
• Lead hands-on design, development, code review, and technical prioritization.
• Partner with Compliance, Finance, Treasury, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Evolve technical standards, testing practices, CI/CD workflows, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software design and development experience.
• High proficiency in Python, SQL, database design, and data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, testing, and quality management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and develop logical, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing post-trade automation systems for complex data problems.
• Experience generating financial regulatory reports such as EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, CPR, or K Factor.
