Senior/Staff Analytics Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Austin, New York, or Salt Lake City (expectation of two days a week in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementations of data products for external customers.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics models using Python, DBT, and SQL.
• Create and manage dashboards in internal and external analytics products to deliver actionable insights.
• Prototype new data products to expand the company's product suite.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive the roadmap for data products.
• Maintain clean, version-controlled analytics code using GitHub-based workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Proven expertise in DBT, SQL, and GitHub-based development.
• Strong experience designing and implementing data pipelines and models.
• Experience in a customer-facing role working with technical and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US to support hybrid office requirements.
