Senior Solutions Architect (AI): Architecting and delivering end-to-end Data and AI solutions on the Lakehouse platform with an accent on Generative AI, MLOps for LLMs, and big data technologies. Focus on leading complex pre-sales engagements, mentoring junior team members, and driving technical adoption across the UK&I Enterprise market.

Location: Must be based in London or able to commute to the London office regularly.

What you will do

• Develop customer engagement strategies and lead the pre-sales lifecycle for enterprise clients.
• Design complex data and AI solution architectures, including RAG and fine-tuning for GenAI.
• Mentor and coach junior Solutions Architects to build technical champions within the team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to influence stakeholders through technical workshops and seminars.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive adoption of the hirify.global Lakehouse platform.
• Contribute to the technical community by developing customer-facing collateral.

Requirements

• Strong background in Data Science, ML, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales or high-level consultancy.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with familiarity or willingness to learn Spark.
• Ability to commute regularly to the London office.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time across UK&I and EMEA.
