Associate Site Payment Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)

Provides functional services to biotech, medtech, and specialty pharmaceutical companies developing medicines, medical devices, and diagnostics.

What you will do

• Review and interpret payment terms in global clinical site agreements, budget grids, amendments, and related documents.
• Extract payment amounts, caps, limits, and backup requirements into machine-readable payment system templates.
• Configure manual and electronic data-driven payment line items and set up study and site records.
• Review configurations for errors and escalate ambiguous payment information for clarification.
• Reconcile payment issues, troubleshoot problems through resolution, and complete finance activities within service-level agreements.
• Collaborate with business partners while managing multiple priorities and assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, preferably in finance, technical, clinical, or health-related fields, or equivalent education and experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in global site finance or clinical trial finance, including reviewing or interpreting payment terms in global Clinical Trial Agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and task ownership skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
