We’re looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team — not just to crunch numbers, but to help us understand where the business is going and how to get there faster. Here's what you'll get:

• Direct exposure to CFO and involvement in strategic decision-making Key Responsibilities:

• Create financial models using historical performance and current business assumptions;
• Assist in developing annual budgets for departments and the organization as a whole;
• Prepare management presentations;
• Review industry and company data to spot trends, benchmark performance;
• Perform ad-hoc analysis;

Requirements

• Advanced in Excel;
• Financial modeling and analytical abilities;
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills;
• Understanding of financial statements analysis;
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking;
• Comfortable handling regular and routine analytical tasks;
• Independent thinker and resourcefulness;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• IB/Big-4/Top-5 Banks experience is a plus
