What you will do

• Prepare and track site payments by reviewing the financial sections of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA).
• Maintain advance balance tracking to ensure sufficient prepaid funds are available for site payments.
• Collaborate with Project Directors and Managers to ensure site payment workbooks are accurately populated.
• Prepare site payment packages for review and approval to facilitate system entry and processing.
• Manage Aggregate Spend (Sunshine Act) and Medicare/Medicaid (MMSE) reporting as applicable.
• Coach and mentor teammates within the Investigator Grants Team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• 4-year degree or local country equivalent.
• 3 years of Clinical Research experience.
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable regarding global payments.
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Background as a Senior Investigator Payment Specialist.
• Experience with investigator contracts and budgets.
