What you will do

• Support customer implementation projects under the guidance of experienced Business Analysts and Project Managers.
• Gather, analyse, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare business analysis materials, including user stories, process flows, functional specifications, use cases, and decision logs.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams through workshops, project meetings, and requirements discussions.
• Support solution validation, test planning, functional testing, user acceptance testing, customer training, and post-implementation support.
• Research insurance and reinsurance processes, products, and industry practices to support solution design and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of business processes, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Operational proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to organise and prioritise multiple assignments, work independently, and seek guidance when needed.

Nice to have

• Internship, apprenticeship, academic project, or other relevant experience in business analysis, software implementation, IT, or project delivery.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or other software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories, use cases, and functional documentation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
• Exposure to enterprise software, SaaS, insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
