Location: Based at the Holborn HQ in London, UK, with travel to Regent campuses and partner locations as required. Full-time, 40 hours per week over five days.

Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership across designated academic programmes and support international academic growth.
• Lead programme design, validation, approval, review and continuous enhancement.
• Oversee academic quality, standards, regulatory compliance, accreditation and academic governance.
• Monitor student achievement, progression, retention and satisfaction, driving improvements in outcomes.
• Lead and develop Programme Leaders, Academic Leads and teaching staff.
• Build partnerships with employers and institutions and support new programmes and transnational education initiatives.

Requirements

• Experienced higher education leader with a strong record in academic leadership, curriculum development, programme management and quality assurance.
• Experience working in an international higher education environment and managing academic provision across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of the UK Quality Code, curriculum design, assessment and academic quality frameworks.
• Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement, supported by strong leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Doctorate degree, Fellowship of Advance HE and evidence of continuing professional development.
• Right to work in the UK and successful completion of pre-employment checks are required.
