What you will do

• Manage and steer clients and project teams throughout the SAP project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary contact for project teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Lead complex, multi-module SAP projects from pre-sales to go-live and post-go-live support.
• Oversee project budgets, financial reporting, cost efficiency, and medium-sized project financials.
• Strengthen project governance, quality assurance, and adherence to delivery standards.
• Train teams on SAP project management tools, methodologies, best practices, and templates.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of project management experience, including SAP project management.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of project financial management and project controlling.
• Strong leadership, organisational, presentation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English and French at C2 level required.

• Knowledge of payroll solutions.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
