Technical Success Manager (AdTech)

Technical Success Manager (AdTech): Bridging hirify.global's ad-serving technology with client success by investigating technical issues, resolving data discrepancies, and enabling platform implementations with an accent on SQL, APIs, web technologies, and RTB reporting. Location: Remote from Ireland, with a Dublin-based role and a critical-skills visa and relocation package available for the right candidate.

What you will do

• Own, investigate, and resolve technical problems, support tickets, and data discrepancies independently before escalating to Engineering.
• Diagnose RTB reporting and impression discrepancies and coordinate resolution with clients and developers.
• Act as the technical point of contact for clients, Sales, Product, and internal colleagues.
• Create internal process documentation and improve the accuracy and clarity of client-facing documentation.
• Help configure and deploy client platforms, including ad formats, features, payment methods, campaigns, and zones.
• Lead client meetings, mentor colleagues, and establish scalable processes that improve support productivity.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical problem-solving ability with web technologies, data tools, and browser developer tools.
• Working SQL literacy, including joins, filters, schemas, and interpreting or modifying queries.
• Experience with APIs and understanding how they are called and used.
• Familiarity with Git and version control, plus HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate with clients and developers.
• Knowledge of online advertising and ad-serving technologies, plus experience using Jira, HubSpot, Slack, and GitHub.

Nice to have

• Experience with ad-serving platforms such as Kevel or Google Ad Manager.
• Experience with AI models and tooling, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.
• Technical training, webinars, HubSpot automations, or HubSpot Service Desk experience.
• Experience with SaaS client support, coding, RTB technology, or relevant GitHub projects.
