Location: Remote or Hybrid in Kyiv, Warsaw, or Krakow

What you will do
- Provide technical support to users via chat and email.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues across various product lines.
- Debug and troubleshoot third-party and internal integrations.
- Prepare and run MySQL database queries to analyze data and solve issues.
- Handle widget design tasks for the platform.
Requirements
- Expertise with Linux shell and MySQL.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with RestAPI.
- Experience with bug tracking systems such as Jira or YouTrack.
- English: Intermediate+ level required.
- Ukrainian: Native proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of any programming language.
