Customer Support Engineer (Adtech): Providing high-level technical support for a native advertising platform with an accent on troubleshooting integrations and database queries. Focus on debugging product issues, executing SQL queries, and designing widgets.
Location: Remote in Ukraine or Poland, including Kyiv, Warsaw, and Krakow

What you will do
- Provide technical support through chat and email.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to different products.
- Debug and troubleshoot integrations.
- Prepare and run database queries.
- Work on widgets design.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux shell.
- Knowledge of MySQL.
- Experience with bug tracking systems such as YouTrack or Jira.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST API.
- Intermediate-plus English and native Ukrainian.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of any programming language.
