What you will do
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation processes for new enterprise customers.
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshoot complex customer issues.
- Design and recommend technical solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve escalations and improve the platform.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customer stakeholders through workshops and calls.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SQL; TypeScript is a plus.
- Experience working with REST APIs and strong analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent Portuguese is required.
- Advanced English (C1) is required.
- Must be based in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, or Portugal.
Nice to have
- Experience with AdTech, MarTech, or OTT/streaming technologies.
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Jira, or similar ticketing platforms.
- Experience working with publishers, advertisers, or digital media companies.
