Location: Remote from Europe; listed locations include Kyiv, Ukraine and Warsaw, Poland

What you will do
- Manage technical integrations and provide ongoing technical and business support to DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize exchange integrations against established targets and KPIs.
- Investigate integration issues and discrepancies, escalating confirmed bugs to Engineering and Product Management.
- Create SQL-based dashboards, complex business reports, and custom reporting API specifications for partners.
- Manually test new features and logic changes while debugging ad display issues across desktop and web environments.
- Adjust ad formats and styles to improve user experience and advertising profitability.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and MongoDB.
- Experience working with GET and POST requests.
- Proficiency with terminal and command-line tools.
- Intermediate English at B1 level or higher.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with partners and internal managers.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and oRTB.
- Experience with Chrome DevTools and Postman.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
