What you will do

• Administer methadone according to physician orders and monitor patients after dosing.
• Assess new and current patients for treatment and dosing appropriateness.
• Maintain accurate dosing records, medication inventories, specimen results, and reconciliations.
• Receive medication shipments, prepare courtesy and vacation dose packages, and report discrepancies.
• Monitor physical examinations and laboratory work while coordinating with counselors and nursing staff.
• Support treatment-center improvements, staff training, team meetings, and accreditation compliance.

Requirements

• Current LPN license.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Accurate data-entry skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly in a medical office environment.
• Knowledge of dosing equipment, physical assessment tools, test strips, breathalyzers, and other medical equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical addiction or substance use disorder treatment.
• Phlebotomist certification, where required.
