Enterprise Services Engineer (Endpoint Security)

Location: Remote, Germany; occasional remote and on-site customer engagements may be required.

What you will do

• Operationalize, administer, and maintain the hirify.global platform and its modules for assigned customer accounts.
• Resolve complex technical issues independently or in collaboration with Technical Support Engineers and other specialists.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer value from hirify.global’s operations, risk, compliance, asset, and security capabilities.
• Conduct daily account health checks and coordinate strategic customer activities.
• Prepare status, activity, after-action, and root-cause reports while documenting best practices and playbooks.
• Provide technical direction to customer IT support staff and collaborate with Customer Success Managers.

Requirements

• German and English language skills required.
• Minimum Secret security clearance required; Top Secret or DV preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT or consulting and 5+ years in systems administration or engineering.
• Experience supporting public-sector customers, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and demonstrated critical thinking.
• Broad technical knowledge with deep expertise in endpoint security, endpoint support, incident response, systems management, systems administration, software engineering, or utility scripting.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the hirify.global platform.
• Top Secret or DV security clearance.
