What you will do

• Support sales teams through customer meetings, technical demos, RfX responses, and proof of concept (PoC) activities.
• Identify client needs and implement suitable hirify.global cybersecurity solutions.
• Design security and network architectures tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Lead customer workshops, technical presentations, and enablement activities.
• Collaborate with senior Systems Engineers, Consulting System Engineers, and Solution Architects on complex opportunities.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of hirify.global technologies, integrations, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Cyber Security or Network Security (e.g., firewalling, SOC, SecOps, cloud security).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, routing, switching, SDN) and security concepts (NGFW, IDS/IPS, encryption).
• Fluency in both German and English and confidence presenting in both languages are essential.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Willingness to travel (20–50%).

Nice to have

• Experience with FortiOS or similar security platforms.
• Exposure to Zero Trust, SASE, or Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Security Operations (SIEM, SOAR, automation).
• Experience with infrastructure automation or scripting (Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, or BSI.
