What you will do

• Build AI-powered product experiences for creating, configuring, evaluating, and improving enterprise workflows.
• Design and ship workflow builders, proactive assistants, review flows, and other interfaces for human-AI collaboration.
• Develop evaluation, observability, feedback, regression-testing, and monitoring systems for AI experiences.
• Improve reliability through prompting, context construction, tool-use strategies, instrumentation, and feedback loops.
• Use production failures, user feedback, and real-task data to improve product behavior and model signals.
• Collaborate with product engineering, modelling, design, customer teams, and domain experts to define and measure workflow quality.

Requirements

• Production experience shipping and improving LLM-powered, agent-powered, or AI-assisted product experiences.
• Strong software engineering skills across backend systems, user-facing products, data, evaluations, and model behavior.
• Ability to focus on user outcomes and system behavior rather than model metrics alone.
• Strong product judgment and attention to the interaction between interfaces, workflows, and models.
• Ability to debug complex real-world failures and turn production, user-testing, and evaluation findings into durable improvements.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end and work across system boundaries.
