What you will do

• Develop and execute technical SEO and organic acquisition strategies across pages, search queries, and conversion funnels.
• Audit crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, structured data, Core Web Vitals, redirects, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps.
• Build lead magnets, landing pages, calculators, generators, quizzes, automations, and micro-SaaS experiments.
• Use AI workflows to accelerate research, content production, quality assurance, coding support, and distribution.
• Optimize content for AI assistants, answer engines, AEO, GEO, LLM retrieval, and AI Overviews.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering to ship measurable improvements.

Requirements

• Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience diagnosing SEO issues.
• Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or comparable SEO platforms.
• Strong understanding of organic acquisition, search intent, conversion, and performance analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and workflows for research, automation, content production, QA, and prototyping.
• Ability to use AI-assisted development to create lightweight tools, landing pages, and lead magnets.
• Strong Portuguese writing and editing skills are required, with the ability to explain financial and business topics accurately.

Nice to have

• Experience with Webflow, Next.js, React, Supabase, Vercel, or similar tools.
• Experience building SEO-led tools, calculators, templates, generators, quizzes, and other lead magnets.
• Experience with fintech, payments, SaaS, banking, or small-business audiences.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization, AI agents, scripts, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools.
• A portfolio of shipped SEO projects, technical audits, content systems, or measurable organic growth results.
