B2B SEO/AEO Expert (AI): Building the organic growth engine for business buyers across Agents, API, and enterprise offerings with an accent on high-intent keyword acquisition and AI search visibility (AEO). Focus on creating programmatic page sets, optimizing for AI answer engines, and translating buyer intent into pipeline growth.
Location: Remote (Global). Optional access to offices in London, New York, Madrid, and Warsaw.

What you will do
- Own the low-volume, high-intent keyword universe for B2B products, starting with the Agents platform.
- Develop and execute the AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy and establish effective measurement methods.
- Build and ship programmatic page sets across various verticals, use cases, and comparison intents.
- Transform product launches and customer stories into optimized pages, FAQs, and content.
- Coordinate the B2B content calendar in collaboration with the Growth Content Writer.
- Build reporting systems to make B2B organic impact legible in terms of pipeline.
Requirements
- Experience owning SEO for a B2B software company where the primary goal was pipeline generation.
- Strong judgment regarding bottom-of-the-funnel keywords.
- Hands-on independence: comfortable with AI tools, "vibe coding," and rapid shipping.
- Current, practical experience improving visibility in AI search engines.
- High standard of writing, briefing, and editing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with programmatic SEO at scale.
- Background in marketing to both developers and business buyers.
- Experience in voice AI, CX, contact centers, or developer tools categories.
- Experience translating B2B sales conversations into high-converting content.
- Expertise in multi-language and international SEO.
