What you will do

• Develop and execute SEO and GEO/AEO strategies to grow rankings in Google and AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
• Perform technical SEO audits, keyword research, and resolve cross-brand keyword cannibalization.
• Implement schema markup, llms.txt, and structured data to make content easily citable by AI systems.
• Monitor brand visibility and citation share in AI-generated answers versus competitors.
• Analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Semrush to drive optimization actions.
• Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to optimize site architecture and page speed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or in an organic growth role.
• Hands-on experience with GEO/AEO and a deep understanding of how LLMs source and rank information.
• Solid foundations in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude) to accelerate audits and analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or the privacy/compliance space.
• Documented GEO wins with concrete examples of improved AI citations.
• Experience in large-scale SEO migrations or brand consolidation.
