Head of Business Performance

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Business Partners.
• Drive financial performance analysis, insight, and reporting across hirify.global and Aviva’s third-party repairers.
• Provide assurance and direction on motor claims cost control and repair performance.
• Lead financial strategy and align annual plans with growth ambitions and future demand.
• Oversee capacity planning and operational resource optimization.
• Advise the Board and collaborate with hirify.global and Aviva leaders on transformation, mergers and acquisitions, sustainability, and governance.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant or equivalent.
• Senior finance leadership experience in a comparable business.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and financial insight.
• Experience synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable reporting.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience leading change and continuous improvement, with strong digital and data literacy.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive or insurance sector.
