Senior Finance Manager IPI Centre of Excellence

Location: Hybrid working from Edinburgh, Bristol, Halifax, or Leeds, United Kingdom

Salary: £85,493–£100,580 per year

What you will do

• Manage budget planning and provide day-to-day partnering support to divisional finance teams.
• Manage relationships with IPI and Centre of Excellence customers as a finance business partner.
• Run the complete cost allocation model, including framework, design, and processing.
• Identify risks to the IPI cost profile and coordinate mitigation actions with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver financial management, control, and strategic planning processes.
• Lead process improvement, change initiatives, and team development across the finance function.

Requirements

• Experience in financial management, budget planning, financial controls, and cost allocation.
• Ability to analyse complex information and develop authoritative technical or professional recommendations.
• Experience managing others, coordinating performance management, and coaching colleagues.
• Ability to develop procedures, interpret policy, and oversee implementation.
• Ability to work from one of the specified UK locations in a hybrid arrangement.
