Delivery Partner / Project Manager (Financial Holdings)

What you will do

• Lead and support delivery of complex services for a financial holdings customer.
• Build and manage long-term business-to-business customer relationships.
• Integrate multiple service areas into a seamless customer solution.
• Manage customer governance and the financial performance of assigned engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across a large organization.
• Represent delivery activities and contribute to sector, solution, and professional community initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project and/or service delivery.
• Experience managing and governing large, multi-year business-to-business service contracts.
• Ability to integrate multiple service areas and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to act as a trusted customer advisor and identify business needs.
• In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting, including management of a large contract P&L.
• Customer-focused, collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certification.
• Successful long-term customer relationship management experience.
