What you will do
- Support sales and marketing activities for assigned customers and buying groups.
- Develop customer relationships, understand market needs, and support account growth.
- Assist with pricing, sales reporting, forecasting, competitor analysis, and new business development.
- Provide technical product support, customer training, and guidance on product ranges and services.
- Coordinate customer events, trade days, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Collaborate on customer complaints, quality issues, stock management, payment recovery, and sales performance reporting.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive aftermarket, ideally in sales, marketing, or technical support.
- Experience supporting technical sales, customer relationship management, and commercial activities.
- Strong project coordination, organization, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial understanding of market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and business development.
- A-Level education or equivalent; motor vehicle technology or engineering qualifications are advantageous.
- Full, clean driving licence required.
