What you will do

• Prepare full set accounts and monthly financial reports for Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong entities.
• Develop annual plans, quarterly forecast budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Manage tax computation in compliance with Income Tax Act requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for timely completion of statutory financial statements.
• Prepare utilization reports and manage timesheet submission procedures.
• Identify process improvements and cost optimization opportunities within financial systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or ACCA/CIMA/MICPA Level 2.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting and management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Valid work authorization in Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Proficiency in Cantonese.
