Salary: £29,500–£38,500 per year, depending on relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.

What you will do
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for crews, presenters, suppliers, and contributors.
- Manage production schedules, running costs, Smartbooks, requisitions, and purchase orders.
- Book studio, craft, and post-production personnel and communicate schedule changes.
- Collect Albert sustainability documentation and support environmentally responsible production.
- Complete post-production paperwork in Silvermouse.
- Manage departmental assets, including laptops and storage drives, and provide general administrative support.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven organisational, forward-planning, and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments.
- IT skills including Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Understanding of end-to-end production processes, technologies, systems, and workflows across multiple platforms.
- Independent problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Availability for occasional weekend and unsocial-hours work is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-paced events, studio productions, or outside broadcasts.
- Experience with systems such as SmartBook and Ariba.
- Experience identifying process improvements and introducing more effective ways of working.
