Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Budget, estimate, schedule, and manage production across multiple concurrent brands and projects.
• Oversee day-to-day production within a CGI-led studio environment.
• Communicate and manage expectations with clients and client service teams regarding project delivery.
• Identify resource requirements and collaborate with global Resource Managers to solve capacity challenges.
• Forecast and onboard freelance resources and negotiate costings with external providers.
• Manage project documentation, including estimates, POs, NDAs, and MSAs.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a CGI-led studio environment, preferably within a brand or packaging agency.
• Experience working directly with clients and crafting/reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Ability to draft indicative project budgets prior to concept approval.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Shotgrid, Jira, or Trello.
• Must be based in North America.
• Strong leadership skills to manage, coach, and lead teams of production artists.

Nice to have

• Experience in pre-production, post-production, and shooting of video content.
