What you will do

• Manage project task schedules and targets in collaboration with VFX and Line Producers.
• Coordinate briefing meetings and turnovers, ensuring all notes are shared with artists.
• Monitor artist activity and progress, providing regular updates to producers.
• Organize and run dailies and client reviews, including detailed note-taking.
• Maintain the production database, asset status, and shot tracking.
• Ensure clear communication of feedback and schedule dependencies to leads and supervisors.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Production Assistant role or similar.
• Deep understanding of the VFX production process and post-production pipelines.
• Proficiency with ShotGrid software.
• Mastery of Google and Microsoft Suites, specifically spreadsheets.
• Current and full work permit for France.
