What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support across all post-production hardware and software.
• Maintain and troubleshoot edit workstations including Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Execute secure data backups and transfers across LTO, NAS, and cloud platforms to protect project integrity.
• Handle ingest, media management, syncing, and preparation of rushes.
• Transcode and convert various media files for the editing process.
• Monitor evolving industry technologies and ensure edit suites remain organized.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a post-production edit support role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Confidence working on both Mac and Windows platforms.
• Strong understanding of video files, codecs, and their applications.
• Knowledge of data storage systems (SAN/NAS/RAID) and LTO backup procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-control skills.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with media quality control.
• Knowledge of EVS hardware and live broadcast systems/workflows.
• Basic understanding of IP networking.
